Cell tower leasing has now become big money business. More and more landowners are now looking to monetize any vacant parcels of land that they have in their possession by going in for cell tower leases. If you have a vacant parcel of land in any prime location, you can monetize that parcel of land by going in for a cell tower lease wherein the wireless carrier or a tower company will construct a cell tower in your vacant parcel of land and will offer you monthly lease payments as per the terms of the lease agreement. You can find the list of existing cell site locations in your neighborhood by checking this map which lists various cell site locations across the country.

If you find that there are not many cell towers in your neighborhood, it probably means that wireless carriers or tower companies would like to set up new cell towers over there. This means there is an opportunity waiting for you, if you have any vacant parcel of land with you in that area.
